How to fall asleep!

Did you know that your brain needs to drop its temperature by approximately 2 degrees before it will fall into a state of sleep. Sleeping in a cooler room, or wearing less bed wear will help with this. If that doesn't work, try a hot bath or shower before bed which allows your body and brain to instantly cool down when you get into bed!
