Did you know a recent Harvard Medical study showed that the brain starts to fatigue after 45 minutes of hard concentration. Introducing 5 - 10 minute micro breaks during the day will help your brain to reset and push on. Try going for a quick walk, make a drink, chat to a colleague, call a friend, etc. Anything that will allow your brain to rest and reset.
